Looking for replacement locks for window

I am having trouble findinga replacement for this honge. If I'm measuring the overlay correctly, it is a 1/4". I can't seem to find anything that is 1/4". I'm willing to replace both hinges if there is something that will work. Regards, Barry

Roller description; width 3/4" , hight 1.0", wheel diameter 1 1/4" slightly less, possibly 1 3/16".

I have a Pella Full View Storm Door that is over 30 yrs. old. I do not have the manual or the serial number. It is 1 1/2 inches thick and I can locate on Pella Site is 1 5/8 or 1/1/4. The only thing that I can physically see that's written on the right window frame is UB28D. The support frame thickness is point 534.5", it needs to be 28 or 29 inches long.
