The condo complex was built in the 70's replacement glass size for the patio sliding door is 46"X76" (5/8"thick) Roller Dimensions are 3/4" thick, 2"long, 1"tall wheel size is 1&1/4"

Right side window strap and lock. Looks a little different than the one I saw on a YouTube video.

Nylon cord snapped on both sides. Will need 2 replacements. Measures 27". Stamp says 26 4 IW CMC 11. Pretty sure this corresponds to your S385-27 in the 2640 option but wanted to be sure.

Windows were installed about 20 years ago. The pivot part failed to return to its original position (didn't rise with the window after it was cleaned) and remained at the bottom of the track. The handle is working fine but do not have key for exterior. The locking mechanism does extract out but does not hold and therefore door will not lock.
