need replacement for balance with 30"sleeve with 1/2' "U" channel

I believe this is a blum, concealed aluminum frame hinge. I need 2 plus the mounting plates. Hinge # 71B950A- Mount Plate-20K4101A. If I can't get 2, I'll take 1.

What supplies could I use to replace these parts they are the parts from the bottom of the dresser drawer.

Hi Swisco - I am looking for the interior lock paddle and the exterior lock for this Novatech door. Is it possible to get the lock paddle assembly and exterior locking mechanism without buying the whole handle assembly? Not the outside handle has no hole in it, i am assuming i would need to drill ... (cont.)

Length of metal: 22 15/16that bottom stamped into metal: B.S. I. and the #2240I need to replace both balances, so need to purchase 2 balances once you identify the partthank you for your guidance. It was impossible for me to accurately identify which part was mine.

Only mark I see is the number 031 stamped on the inside of the metal. All the springs are broken inside due to age. There are a total of 10 doors in this old farmhouse.

Truth Window Lock / Entry Gard is wrong size (too thick) need 90-161 with narrow keeper and 2 1/16 spacing. I already ordered and tried 90-077C and 90-279 and they were too thick so I think I need the 90-161
