Looking for replacement part

The brass insert popped out, seems like some threads from the casing were stuck in the threads of the insert. Can't get the brass insert back in. Seems like the casing a stripped. No other markings on the window, except on the handle. Can the mechanism be replaced? Does the window have to be r ... (cont.)

Looking for this sash lock on white

This pivot bar is from a double hung vinyl window with tilt sashes. They are side-mounted, but there is also a screw on the bottom of the sash that might also mount a replacement. The screw is 1 3/4" from the edge of the window. The pivot bar fits into grooves in the sash that are 1/4" x 1/4". I c ... (cont.)

I have 2 Anderson windows that need parts. 1 awning will not crack open or close (the gears are not grabbing). 1 a casement that the handle broke completing off. If you look at the window from the inside it is on the right. Can you tell what I need and if you have them? Thanks

There is a slight difference between your part S795-28 and my original channel balance. This difference means I can't use the additional 1-1/4" T-Lock balance shoe15-195 with my existing balances. Do you have a better fitting balance shoe?
