I need to replace a balance with the lettering 22C FM5 CMC 34. I have no idea what all the numbers mean.

Need 4 of these. They open vertically opening windows. right on the ocean so very corroded. looks to be 3 screws on right and 2 on left.

Looking for 4 of these to replace.

Hello,We have Simonton window. Bottom window ID shown in picture. The window doesn't stay up. The shoe broke and and the top part coil with a metal band doesn't have anything to grab onto. I am not sure what part I need to fix.Any help and part # would be appreciated.Thanks,Bob
