Would like to purchase two cracks

Hello. I need to replace a Caldwell 17-4 DQ window channel block & tackle. It measures 18 inches length, 1/2 inch width, and 9/16 inch depth. I have attached photos. Please tell me which part I can order that best matches the Caldwell 17-4 DQ.
