Hi - our window was easy to crank open, but would just spin when we tried to close it. Seems like it's stripped but not sure why in only one direction?? I have 26" window balances. One of the balances has what looks like a part number. 25 4 FU CMC 4. The steel measures 26" from end to end not including the plastic. I hope this helps and your able to identify the balances. Thank you, Paul

Marking on assembly 45034 and 1H as well single arm

I just placed an order with you (#1719602) for 25ft Kerf Mount Bubble Seal, 5/16" 58-053. It's the horizontal strip between the lower and upper windows. Can you confirm that this is a suitable product for this? Thanks.

I replaced a 39-032 operator. When window gets close to the closing position, it pushes out at the bottom corner. It appears that a piece is broken. It looks like some kind of pivot or anchor mechanism that keeps the window tight to the frame as it closes. I don't know what the piece is called. Can ... (cont.)

Can I pickup

This part coil in the window frame and are designed to pop out to prevent the window from sliding (opening) all the way. This are uniframe windows.

Digits found on the part are: 7 27 Part dimensions = 6 ¾ x 2 7/8 x 3/4 " Dimension of window sash = 32 x 23.5 " (I need 12 parts for 6 windows) Thank you.

The handle spindle broke off, need new operator Truth model 45251 Manufacture date I think is 05112006 10:07

5 1/4" long hole to hole.... 3 5/8" center to center hole offset arm.... 1 1/8" wide mount holes center to center on bottom. 5/16" pin hole for E-clip.
