what is the name of this part? is it coil balance?

Looking for this crank. It is Ambebury Truth I believe. It is 25 trip to tip, 9" hole tp hole for the screws

Most my east side windows are newer but west side windows are not. I can open but can't close. Can I just replace those handler?

I think I have Patriot windows and need to replace a few latches. These look like 26-243/244 or 26-419/420 but can't really tell the difference.

I have Weather Shield French Casement Window and need left hand replacement crank. I is a dual arm crank.

Door Model # SHD- R35-71x80 When I measured from screw hole to hole. It looked like 3 5/8 and 3 1/8 for the hole the assembly comes through. What lock assembly am I needing. Couldn't send an Installed pic. Once I removed the screws it fell to the bottom of the door. Thank You, Jay ... (cont.)

Attached is a picture of the floor track which has been bent inward overtime so it rubs a lot. This is for a 72 inch closet. Do you have this replacement track please in white?

So my daughter bought this bungalow that has an ancient patio door that has been jerry-rigged; no latch, just a pull and a lame knob. The catch has been bent upwards for some reason so it all needs replaced. She can't afford a new door as of yet but her cat has learned to claw the screen to the sid ... (cont.)

My window is narrow at 22" and 58" high with no tilt. I measured the length of just the metal channel at 27". You can see the metal clip in photo of the Shoe View 02. The markings are not clear to me so I included a picture of that also.

Looking for replacement patio seal kits. The glass is etched with the Cardinal name.

The drive screw is no longer properly retained in the operator mechanism and pushes out when closing the window. I may only need a retainer clop of some sort, but it may be simpler to replace the entire operator. An exploded parts view would be very helpful.

3 1/2" long, 3/4" wide- can't find it for the life of me.
