Hello, The stamp on my window balance channel is "25 5 BSI PC". Metal to metal length measurement is 25", width 9/16" with a height of 5/8". My window is extremely difficult to shut. would you suggest a smaller spring or a new part? Thanks, Doug

Hi, I have a patio door, milgard brand from the late 1990s. The handle for the screen door broke. The mounting screws are about 2 and 1/2" apart. I'd appreciate if you could help me figure out the replacement part. Thanks.

This patio screen door is the original that came with the Kolbe patio door. The distance between the screws on the latch is 2 & 3/8 inches. I can't find a replacement latch. Also, I cannot understand how to get the old latch off the frame.Some help in replacing the rollers would be helpful as well. ... (cont.)

This slider broke (string popped) from builder grade window. See pic of identifying # (?) Need 2, as other is askew in track, too.

The number on the back of the case crank is 090706 1701M. It's a kitchen window.

The counter ballance has the number: 11600-17 It seems like a date code: 62 9 #27 6 87 1987 is the year that the house was built, so this would match. Would like to get the current replacement number.
