I have window which I order at replacement kit did not fit the window Item 26-393 too long and wide . We removed the one from my window showing a number on the back 8590 do you have some that size .

I really need the thin metal pieces that go inside of the pivot boot shoe. Motley of them broke in the house. If I cannot get the metal pieces I need to replace the whole unit.
