Bottom of window inserts

door is about 18 years old doesn't slide and the door handle with lock broke. HELP!!!!!!

Has become VERY hard to either raise or lower. Marked as 550C. Size is 2.272 H 1.250 W and. .555 D. Has cut some plastic strings where shoe brake pressed,but are minor & should not be a problem. In 1994 manufacture home.

The house was built in about 1985 in Nova Scotia. The name on their of the inside door handle is Lockwood. There are code numbers on between the panes of glass. One code is: Lock-pane CMHC 5164 I.D.S. Another code is 84-10. Thank you.

These plastic shoes are attached to the window itself. 5/8" wide by 1 1/2" long. The top flat portion that catches the channel balance is broken off.

I need to replace 2 of these cranks - can you provide compatable replacement parts and do I also need new handle and covers? I think Handles - yes but covers I am not sure if the current will fit new or not. Thank you, Jack

The is only one marking on the channel balance. 28B The balance screws to the frame at the top with one screw and has no other attachment to the frame. It has the shoe pictured above with sits sideways in the track to cradle the window.

The window operator does not work at all. I do no know what brand of my window or window glasses. Please identify the opeartor before I make any orders. Thanks
