This crank handle is for a casememt window. Right now, when i turn, it doesnt close the window as it should.

Numbers I've been able to find: mepla hinge part 591 290 00/00 mepla hinge 346.290.51.00 Round hole mounts... As you can see in the picture, only the small pot metal piece that holds two parts of the hinge together is broken. But I realize it's unlikely to find only that part.
