Hi, we have a COle Sewell screen door that is about 25-30 years old. The doorknob has broken off and the interior seems to be worn out. I understand this company is no longer in business. Are there replacement parts to be had?

Hi, don't know the name of the window but 31 years old. Need a few of the steel bars on the bottom of the operating sash that allow the window to seat in the spiral lifting mechanism. And maybe the clips that hold the top of the moving sash in place. There is a number in the glass but maybe just a g ... (cont.)

On the sliding door it has the following 20-999-3654 date 2/94, the holes are 3 1/2' spread tow screws on both the interior and exterior, color is white.Thanks for your help in advance.Scott

I think these might be CertainTeed but I'm not sure. I can't seem to find these parts anywhere to replace missing ones on my screen. Anderson used to make one pre-1997 I believe. Can you help with parts?

I have 14 Mastic vinyl windows. The safety plug shown in the attached two pictures will not stay retracted.
