The window won't stay up. We couldn't find any names, numbers or markings etc. The pictures are of 2 parts that fit in the right hand side jamb channel. The spring mechanism looks kind of loose and bent and very different than one on the left side.

I need two replacement White Truth operator covers and ideally folding crank handles for a pair of older Anderson windows. The 39 - 107FK kit looks correct. I measured 4 7/8" width - see picture. Good day,We have Simonton 5500 Reflection series double hung windows. Installed in October 2012. Several of the coil balances (small, white plastic block looking objects) have cracked and the windows don't stay up. Do you sell replacement parts for this? Cost? According to the homeowner these are around 15 years old and are replacement windows made by Dove MFG. The coil spring has a 9.0. stamping. Can you guide me on the replacement parts. Complete units if availible. Thank you.

Label on side of sliding glass door says: "NAMI Boreal Series Sliding Glass Door" "MST 147-M-005" The sliding glass door is ~1.5" wide. Two 1/4" holes for handle posts are ~4" apart. Oval center hole for locking mechanism is 5/8" x 3/4". Side hole for mortice locking mechanism is 11 1/4" ... (cont.)

We can open window, but it slips and will not close. I believe there is a lock washer missing? I have 2 windows that do this one opens to the right the other to left. Both east to open but unable to close
