Has internal locking that attaches to door handle

The holes are 4 inches apart. Just behind the handle is a white lock that goes up and down. I have looked all over the door for a name and can not find one.

Upper window in my double hung is hagging and wont stay up. This is the balance and I need a new set.

Can you please help me identify a replacement shelf support clip? I believe these are the original clips, cabinets were put in 1991, if that helps!

I have several casement windows operators that no longer work. I have included five photos of the operator that needs replacing. The metal tracks are ok but all the plastic parts cracked and the drawers cant stay on the track.

It will open the window but when you reverse it, it will not close the window but turns easily.

I need a replacement for this. They are at least 20 years old. TPUTI 1 imprinted on one arm. Short arms are about 3" and the long ones about 11.5. The crank cover is 5". Also how do I unclip or detatch the arms from the window?

Im looking to order these side mounted sliders. The slider attached to the inside of the cabinet measures 19". Should I order the 19-3/4" Self-Closing Drawer Slide Pair ?

Do you have the orange shoe of the picture? Or a replacement part that will work. The show has no locking tabs. To tilt my window out I press on the side vinyl tracks.

The arm which connects to the stud on the window is longer than the current broken part. Everything else is exactly the same. Is there another part or do I need to install the new stud bracket somehow?

Hello, I need to replace the window balances in a customer window. Attached are some pics. What is throwing me off is the fact that the length of the balance is 34" but the part number starts with a 33. Thanks, Chris

My window is not stopping from sliding and this is the part on one of the sides that is broken. Do you have this part?
