Hello, I need to replace the door handle since the plastic piece broke and spring fell out to hold door closed.

Attached are photos on the right sash balancer for my Anderson window (I think 200 series circa 1995). From review of previous posts I know 11600A-3 and 11600-17 are not the important markings. the photos show markings on the tab that look like 1131 1 BU 48 1293

I am looking to replace this patio door handle/lock that is on a 2000 Breckenridge park model.

I have Jeld-wen glass sliding doors (4 panels) and the dummy door handle broke off. The two screws broke and are stuck in the handle. In these pictures I tried replacing the screws but it's not working since the side it screws into is jammed with the prior screw piece. Do you have a replacement dumm ... (cont.)

My thumb latch broke off. I tried connecting it, it will work but nothing holds the latch on besides the very little support it has from the lock guide. Which half of the section connecting those 2 is broke off. Not exactly sure how the thumb latch was held against the door in general but its the is ... (cont.)

SWISCO 82-037 Mortise Assembly Is recommended replacement according to Google lens but your website doesn't recognize that. The numbers on the unit are 7700-14 and 2573558
