Hi we have ~18 windows that all need balances. I am unsure what specifically the ones we have are, though I suspect they are spiral balances. Attached photo's of broken balance. How do you install screen latch catch. Do you need a special screen and frame or does this just attach to any frame/screen?

The retainer strips on our Anderson storm doors seem to break every time we switch out the main panel (twice a year), so I'm looking for something a little sturdier. I have a left hand casement window. Looking to replace the operator. Currently it has a truth with 3 arms one stamped 30367 that measures 4-7/16". The opening for the operator inside the dash is 5 inches. What would I need to replace it?

Window won't stay open

The image shows the pin that has the tip broken off, so it appears shorter. I'm unsure what to replace with because all I see online are pins with springs. This one is a place plastic piece. I'm happy to upgrade to something more substantial if it will work. Any thoughts?

Not sure which replacement part to order

Interior handle is broken. Locking mechanism and exterior handle function as normal. Trying to find a replacement for interior handle. I can replace the whole set if need be. I am unable to identify what part I am looking for to replace handle.

Hi I have a question about a balance for non-tilted window. It looks most like a S395 but the bottom shoe has a slightly different shape. I think it is 1 1/8 though. Just checking!

I need 2 window openers (crank outs). 1 for left and right opening and 2 handles (11/32). I believe they are part# 39-031 and 32. Plus handles 39-114L. Can you verify?
