Need to replace numerous balances in my home. It has "27 4 BD CALDWELL" printed on it. The "shoe" appears to measure 1 3/32". The channel is 28" long. My windows don't tilt open, but I can flip out the "stops", lift the pane to the top, and remove it. Thanks!

Arms no longer lock down in place. Mechanism seems jammed between sash and frame. Don't know the manufacturer, windows are in otherwise great shape, can't tell if they are vent locks, sash locks, stabilizers, or a combination.

My glass door lock isn't latching. Hava ST rental and someone probably closed the door hard with the latch up. Need to find a replacement for this piece. It has a canadian patent from 1973 on it. Can't find a brand but need help with what to replace it with. Thank you
