Hello I'm looking for the top bracket arms. They attach to the window and top track. They're approx 7" each. Arm. Also the crank operator is pictured. It looks like your 39-253LB operator. The Measurements add up.

This strip of vinyl glazing is from a Pella double hung window sash. A Pella representative told me they now longer manufacture this part. I believe the window was manufactured around 2004. I need at least a six foot strip. Thank you, Sharon

This part fell out of the window trim when we were trying to install new balances

We can't figure out which one to order. We are the 3330 marked clearly but how do we know which one to order? I think there is a faint 70 marked on the metal. (Zoom in on one pic to see) Does that mean we should order the 370? Thanks for the help!!

I broke the plastic housing of the window roller and now the window will not stay in an "OPEN" position. It also will not close completely since the housing is now at the bottom. I believe is should have some kind of stopper as all of my other windows do. Are you able to identify the broken part ... (cont.)

Hi, I am looking for some replacement retainer clips for this approx 30yo storm door to hold the glass panel in place. The offset is about .5 inch and they are plastic. I don't know what brand the door is. Any ideas? Thank you!
