This window lock handle is in all sliding windows on the house. The single hung windows also have handles by same manufacturer. This handle/lock broke yesterday so trying to find a new one or a replacement that will work

I need both shoes, coils, and triple supports for a bottom sash. The removed coils are marked 5,6,6 that should I believe equate to a the weight value of a 34lb sash, but I put the sash on the bathroom scale and it reads 40lbs. I did not remove the parts because they are located on upstairs widows and that would leave them exposed and open too dangerous, so I took pictures of the identical windows located down stairs.

What is the correct balance for this as far as the weight and the correct part. There is no writing on it.

The window currently won't close all the way. It will crank in with about a 1-2 in gap from the seal. When you turn the crank at that stopping point, nothing happens. The window opens just fine, but I would venture to say that we need a new one. Unsure what will be a best replacement. We just bought ... (cont.)
