Looks like a double hung sash window lock but fits slider Aluminum Frame windows. Home was built in 1986. Looks like it matches your 90-025 (9o-020?) lock

Looks like I have to replace the pivot shoe, and reattach to the coil assembly? Would you please recommend the correct parts for this and necessary tools? I'm guessing I also need to remove the coil assembly to reattach the shoe, correct?

I believe this piece originates from a Plygem Awning window as part of the window pivot assembly. Plygem does not have these parts for order directly.

I would like to know what replacement part is needed that matches this window channel balance. The only markings are the "27 4 DN CALDWELL". The metal section from the plastic end to the other seems to be 27in long.
