The pivot lock shoe has a 530C number just below where the pivot bar connects. The pivot lock shoe is 2 1/4 inches long, 1 1/4 wide, and 1/2 thick. Do you have a pivot lock shoe replacement this size? Thanks, Mark

Hello, My bathroom window balance coil broke on both sides of the window. The coil has #6.5 35" P stamped on it. It also has the number 5232208 stamped in the same place. Not sure what parts to order. Please help.

I need 6 of these. They come from a 4'x6' single hung window with a 1'6" vent. Window was made circa 2004

Hi I'm looking for a replacement for this channel balance. We had the window repaired so we actually need the same design but able to balance a heavier window maybe 20-30 lbs thanks. Also have another window that needs this exact replacement.

Note pictures above. The metal part of the balance is 27 in. and the readable part identifier appears to be LT CMC - 2. The numbers before the LT are not readable. Can you identify and recommend a replacement part? Thank you.

Our current balance measures 21" long Has marking "2030" on side Inside of foot seems to measure 1 3/32 inches (as best we could measure!)
