Need to know what handles I need

My manufactured home was built in December of 93. The channel balancers are 27" × 5/8".I'm super tired of trying to find the replacements...Homedepot doesn't have them and big 5 does not have them either??

All videos I see demo replacing the lower window balance. I understand the actual replacement of shoe & balance is the same, however, I am unclear as to where to locate the shoe and do you add the same amount of tension, etc? I'm wondering what I is comparable to my window sash and lock. I have the Alenco. It's 3 inches long and 1 inch in width? I didn't measure the width between mounting screws but I would say 2 1/2 length between mounting screws. Thanks Daphne

Can't find any markings or numbers. Is this the long or medium slider 38-095 0r 096? I think it is 1 5/8 but I'm not real confident I am measuring the right dimension. I sdon'[t think I have the Roto model but???

I need help to replace some parts on our Capco windows. It has 2 lifters and one is broke. It's a cable looking design outside and a twisted metal piece inside that goes up and down with the window. That's what I need. I have pictures if that would help.
