hi , this is a sash lock please help me get replacement the screws are 2 1/16 apart matching Product Code: 90-278 but the keeper is 2 1/4 apart and 7/32 thick -what do i need ?

Need to replace the 2 balance springs for bottom sash. Bottom sash weighs an estimated 40 lbs. Balance spring is 30". Markings on spring are 29 5 HV CMC 2. My phone # is 812-629-8806 Thank you, Mark

Numbers stamped on parts: 40471, 20810, 3084IL The part where the crank handle attaches seems to have been ripped off. The gear mechanism works fine - the window opens without issue. Do you know what part(s) I would need?

Many of my locks are not working and no longer catch on to anything in order to secure close the windows. Do you have replacements for these Crestline window locks?

Guys, I have vinyl clad double hung wood windows in vinyl jam liners I think that theses are NORCO windows are are about 25 years old. Need replacement latch(s)for Silver Line Window. The broken piece in the pic is all we have of the original. The slot in the window measures 1 7/8" x 1/4".

Replacing old hinges with new ones and the only hinges at box stores don't close cabinets all the way.

So hopefully you can tell me the parts I need from the above pics.
