I have attached 2 pictures of the window part I need. One is the springlock for the tilt window and the other shows the oval hole it slides into. It's about 1 3/4 to 2 " long. Can you help? I need 5 left and 5 right. Please advise.

No part number on the piece. These are from paradigm vinyl double-hung windows. 1 5/8" tall, 3/8" wide. The back is 1 1/4" tall. Looking to purchase a dozen or so.

I found a label in the door frame that is barely legible. I can read SERIES: P A-9 SGD-C20/ SGD-C30, 3........ and that's all. Seems be rubber. Has a track but the part that is not in the track is flat. Not puffy. Do they still make this?

Looking for this channel balance. Doesn't seem to match any that you have on your site. It is 1/2 " wide and 29" long. The window weighs about 30-40 pounds and is non tilt.

The left casement operator on my window does not work properly; it feels like a portion of the gear inside has been stripped, since I can feel it slip when I turn the crank to close it. My latch won't go back into place once the knob has been engaged to open the screen making it unable to close. It would seem like there should be some sort of a spring mechanism to ensure it comes back down to close. I am assuming that its in the piece that is in the wood edge part of the screen s ...
