It seems that the springs are worn out. All other parts function correctly. Sash weight is 17.5 pounds Sash= 34.5 W x 27.25L Wooden windows Plastic sleeve & track for spring balance and shoe.

Dark bronze tone overall. Panel with screws is brushed stainless or aluminum. The rest of it is some sort of hard plastic. Screws are 5" apart from center to center. No other identifying marks. I am the homeowner who is pretty handy and knowledgeable about most repair work.

The bearing on one of the door is broken so the door is hard to close.

Stamped on the old roller is PD423. The frame for the rollers is 1 and 1/8th inch high and 3/4th inch wide. The wheels are also 1 and 1/8th inch diameter.

I measured my spacer which is starting to crack from weight. I think it is 1" in length.Your 1" spacer looks too short. My cabinets are Woodmode.How is the 1" measured. Hi, We have seven of these doors where the lock mechanism does not work. Caradco is out of business so am hoping you can tell me what to buy. The locksmith said we need a replacement "3-point" mechanism. Thanks James
