408L is printed on spring it gose in a simonton windoe

Customer says that the company that he bought these windows from is no longer in business. Currently the windows can stay open unless we place an object underneath it. Looking for a way to get replacement springs

Need to replace this locks latch.. not sure if i have to replace the whole thing or can just replace the piece inside. which one do I need? please help

When I move the switch down, the hook doesn't move. When I move the switch up, the hook pops out momentarily then back in. To lock the door, I have to pry the hook out with my finger, shut the door, and move the switch down. I don't know if the problem is with the handle switch or the hook mechanism ... (cont.)

My lock is broken on my sliding glass door and I don't know how to repair it and I don't know what brand it is.

Balance system or Pivot Lock shoes for a double hung window manufactured by thermal industries. It's the part that holds the top sash up(double hung) from just dropping when unlocked. Markings : 16E BS1 V

One side of our window lost the metal snaps in the channel that holds the balancer allowing the window to slide up and down. I need those two metal parts.

Strings broken, so probably not run correctly. Cannot find brand name on window. Channels have 2040 stamped on them. Each channel is 21" long.

Hi - We have Anderson french doors in our shore home that was built 30 years ago. The rollers snapped off of the sliding screen door. Do you have something that we could use to replace these, so that we don't have to replace the entire screen door? Thanks for your help! -Donna

Hello. I need help with identifying these rollers for my patio door. There are no identifying numbers, just the word Ultra stamped on it. I hope we can figure this out. My patio door is very difficult to slide. Please let me know if you need anything else.

The last time this was fixed Anlin windows tech left one set of spare springs marked SA 497 (or maybe 407) & LA 407. Looking for replacement spring and maybe the other associated parts if needed.
