Hi, I have a double hung window doesn't open. this is the part I took it off. there is no marking execpt "PAT5,353,545" and high is 2 and 1/4" W is 1 and 1/4"depth is 9/16" Please let me know do you have a similiar parts to this item. Thanks, chuck

Metal length is 28" no plastic. Is this a 395 model? Stamp says 2730

I included a hand print of an old balancer. It looks like it might be your 28 series 351 channel. But the window sash is 20 lbs exact so it might be either the "2730" or the "2740" to cover the window weight.
