I am looking to replace the scissor arm + crank mechanism for this window. Window measures 19.5in square, and frame/window cutout around it is 22.5in square. Crank missing teeth

These are from a house built in early 2004. The numbers in blue on the metal are 25 5 KW CMC 7. The back side (closed side) of the channel measures 1/2 inch. The open side holding the spring and cord is just a little larger at 9/16 or 5/8. The length of just the metal is 25 7/8 inches. Hope the info ... (cont.)
