I have enclosed photos. One for each side of window both broken. I hope you can help me find these parts.

Do you have any replacement solutions for this part?

These are labelled "28 3" and "J H". The metal part of the balance is 29 inches long. I also wonder if I have the correct sash cam (photo 5006), because on this particular window, the balance has escaped and sprung up, despite none of the plastic pieces looking broken. Section that sits in window frame to hold it in place is around 3/8" wide, not very thick. Seal is all pressed down unable to get an accurate measurement for it
