I would like some help in identifying these windows for parts needed, particularly weather-stripping. They are Double hung vinyl, approx 10 years old. I heard they may be Ecoshield by Kasson and Keller, but not finding parts for these windows.

I looked at my door and ordered the model 82-060. But now I think I should have ordered the 82-077.

THERE'S ONE ON EACH END, AND BOTH DOORS ARE MOVABLE. SO i HAVE 3 SETS OF DOORS, AND NEED 6 TOTAL. IT LOOKS LIKE IT'S NYLON TO ME. THE HOME WAS BUILT IN 1989.

Dear Swisco Staff, I have glass in my storm door. It is held on my 3 muillon strips (I am missing the fourth muillon strip). Do you have any way for me to obtain a replacement muillon strip? I need some sockets, or back plates for K & V drawer slider KV 1 300. K and V sent me some but the "necks" aren't long enough. The width is 7/16" and I need a "neck of about 2".
