The plastic spacers clip onto the top and bottom of the window frame and keep the screen tight against the outside of the frame. I just missed it on your website, but where would I find top fixed anchor pins for my old peachtree window screens as well as how to replace them since many have broken off? Looking to replace a 20 year old EPI window latch that has been exposed to direct sunlight and heat and has baked and deteriorated and no longer latches and properly locks.

These are photos of the operating side of the window. I need parts for the opposite side. The parts are 14" long on the sill, 6 3/4" on the window frame and the arm between them is 8" long. Hi, I am looking for replacement for this casement operator, from aluminum window c. 1960. Stamping on inside of casting reads "LH 4708-3". It looks to be 8" from shaft to pin centerlines. The housing can be any shape - it doesn't need top match anything. Thanks, Chris

Would you be able to assist me in finding a replacement. Should this be spring loaded so that it finds the latch in the window when you close the window. I can't find an identifier on the window itself.
