I need to replace a pair of this balancer shoe.

I have vinyl replacement windows from HD. This one snapped at the bottom below the pivot cam. It has no markings at all that I can see. Can you recommend a replacement?

We took one out so we could identify it in ordering a replacement, but it only says 28D and does not have the multiple numbers that most of the replacement ones we've seen have. It is indeed 29" ...
