Hello - I need new channel balances for a non-tilt window. They look like they are 24" x 1/2", but I can't tell which series I need based on the fittings (pictured). The stamp option (pictured) looks like it's 2340. Thanks- Matt

I need to replace my current acorn sash locks because they are not catching into the stationary window slot. It protrudes down a 1/2" and when locked out 1/4". It seems that when locked it needs to protrude out more than a 1/4". Would the #90-063 be the right replacement?

5/8", 17". White tip. Cannot find any on your site that have that attachment at the end. Cannot find any anywhere to be honest. That part was attached to my window. At least I think it was. Windows were probably done in the late 60s early 70s.
