I am looking for replacement weatherstripping for my wooden double hung MW windows. The bottom seal appears to be kerf style weatherstripping (~1/4" kerf insert), the sash to sash seal and top seal appear to be a kerf style bulb type. I am also in need of the plastic insert that goes into the window ... (cont.)

Theere was no marking of any kind on the part.

I am looking to replace this channel balancer. The part number stamped on it is q-28-1. It is 29" long (channel only) excluding the top and bottom accessories. Any help you can provide would be appreciated.

Hi Have a couple broke balances and a few window sash guides broke. Metal balance is 30"x 1/2" with winged top and bottom nylon pieces Any help would be appreciated Brad

The window does not fully close at the bottom part of the window. the repair person says he can't find these parts anymore. He says he needs Sash, Hardware for hinge arm, sash pívot, rotor gear. The numbers on the parts are: EntryGard Truth Hardware 20755 40887 40941-A

Greetings, I have 8 aluminum windows (unknown brand) in which the screens are not tight allowing insects get in at the gaps. The metal channel is approximately 22 1/4" long and 1/2" wide. It has stamped on it 22 4. I am unable to find the manufacturer for the windows. So, I have been unable to contact the manufacturer.
