I need to replace my channel balance, top sash guide, and take out clips. I have more picture. The channel marking is "32 5 KW CMC 11". The channel is measured at 33" long, not include the two plastic ends. I also need to purchase 4 top sash guides and some takeout clips.

Hi I purchased these before from you.

I am replacing another set of window spiral balancers on a smaller window. The tip is up inside the tube on both so I cannot get a picture. Both look to be faded out. The measurements are: 17" long, 3/8" wide, and the sash weighs 10.8lbs.

Window unknown , no markings Pivot shoe has dimensions 1/2" by 1 1/4" wide by 1 3/8" tall. ( without spring) Need both R and L sets. Springs OK but both shoes themselves are broken. Can you identify? and supply?
