Need to replace plastic piece at top of window. Also need to replace channel balance 3230

I have crank windows from 1947. Looking for replacement parts. I think it is called a worm gear. I could also use the big wheel that turns the gear. These windows are all California redwood.

Looking for the metal part. This is inside the latch mechanism on the top and bottom. The latch hook doesn't operate well on latches where this piece is broken.

The window feels like it's going to fall out as soon as I start cranking because the anchor point at the outside of the window is out of the track. This is a corner cabinet hinges from a Wellborn cabinet. I am guessing 170 degrees.

The window will not stay open and it looks like the tension band (looks like rubber, I don't see a coil spring) is disconnected from the pivot shoe.
