Good Afternoon, I need help finding the correct window balance replacement part for my windows. The plastic ends on the balances have broken on several of my windows and I had one where the bully wheels for the street component broke too. I see you have a 27" S385-27 Channel Balance that looks like it might be the same? Number on my part was 2630 followed by a upside down backwards F. There is also B.S.I. Stamped after the number. Would these two items be a match? Also, what is the difference between the series 385, 395, etc. Help! ... (cont.)

I need the coils, the white plastic pieces, and the piece that the window goes into. I want to fix ten windows but if possible I only want to start with one to make sure everything fits. The metal coil has some number stamped on it in the pictures but isn't easy to read.

Hi, I am in need of a Wenco,JX7, tilt-pack jamb liner. The liner has a broken out piece (not actual picture of the broken liner, but indicates where the broken piece is) at the bottom and the shoe catches the opening preventing operation of the window. The bottom boards get rotted after many years of service. The good one is the left window looking from inside. The one I need is the right side. Can I buy the bottom board or the entire window, just the removable part. Old hardware is still ok, rusty, but it works. A friend made the one on the left ... (cont.)

Hello- I am looking to purchase plastic Snap-In Glazing for Aluminum Frame Windows made by the General Window Company in 1976.

These photos are labels on the jamb of my sliding glass door. The door is becoming difficult to operate. I thought that replacing the rollers might help.
