Looking for a TRUTH Hardware "Entrygard" Dual Arm Operator - Short Link - (Left Hand). part number 30757LH. Unit is attached to a 11 3/4 inch window sill. Window size is 34 X 12 inches. Do not know the window manufacturer name. Thank you!

The worm screw does not stay seated and so it will open but not close the window. To close the window I can turn it counter clock-wise and pull it in. I notice that the screw worm wants to come out. May all it needs is a retainer clip. The teeth on gears appear to be good. The screw worm looks w ... (cont.)

need to replace weather strip with one that is "taller" It appears spline is 1/4" or possibly 3/16" would work but I would like the pile or bristles to be taller - maybe 1/2" or 3/4" tall. For an accordion style folding window above a bar that doesn't seal good enough.

Can You see the picture I posted? These are 2" tall. Don't know the brand. Vinyl, approx. 2' wide/ 4' tall. These locks are so you can leave window cracked/ still secure. Do you sell these? Price? I need 2 or 3.

Hi, I believe these were on our Scherer Brothers Windows here in Minnesota. It just says Truth Hardware on it with no number. These are plastic and cover the mechanism that opens and closes the windows. Thanks for any help you can give me.

this part no longer has the tension to hold the window where you put it. Therefore the window always falls to the closed position. 1. What is this part? 2. What parts need replacing to solve this?
