Piece is 1 1/4" wide. Channel is 1/2" deep. Entire piece is 5/8" thick. (The round part sticks up a bit more than the part that rides inside the channel. I don't know what brand the window is. I'm hoping either 15-047 or 15-046 will work. Your opinion? I might just order both as they're cheap, as lo ... (cont.)

I was attempting to remove a screen from the window and accidentally snapped the screen frame. You have corners just not sure what I need to fix the corners I broke.The opening is just one 1/4" x 1/4" to fit the replacement part in the corner.Thank You for your time and assistance.Diane ... We have two window balances that have broken cords. The stamp on the balance says BSA 27 3, but the metal portion of the balance measures 27 1/2". Do you know where we could find replacement parts? Thank you!

Metal mirror glass bifold door. Bottom pivot sleeve is threaded on one side to move peg up and down for adjustment. Need the plastic sleeve. About 2 1/2" long.

The roller at the end of my left opening window is all chewed up. It falls out of the track underneither the window. Any ideas on where to get a replacement roller?

These windows were installed in 2003 and after painting, many of the trim screws have gone missing. As shown in the photos, they appear to be #8 x 1", flat head phillips, 18 threads per inch, with the head painted bronze to match the trim. Any ideas where I could get some matching screws? ...
