trying to figure out what kind of channel balance i need to replace existing one. the current one is 0.5" wide and 30" long (the metal part without plastic components) the picture of markings is attached.

My bathroom window is no longer staying opened. I could get it to stay opened if I tilted it out then shut it back in place and tried sliding the lower sash up again. I was rescreening the door with the bottom sash raised when the plastic balance shoe cracked apart and the spring retracted. After removing the whole assembly and super gluing the shoe back together, I was re installing the sash when the other shoe destroyed itself. Now I need both shoes replaced. ... (cont.)

Clear vinyl. Upper section (circular with four 'fins') presses into aluminum channel in bottom section of door frame.
