I am replacing the parts for our bedroom windows. Other windows are also failing but I need these parts replaced first. The pivot on both windows are broken and so are the balancers. Also need the sash release latches at the top. We live in the country and years of neglect have from dirt and dust ha ... (cont.)

Need to replace 2 sets of balances but I have never seen this kind before.

I am looking for a pivot bracket but I don't see the one I need on your web site.I drew out the design and took many measurements to find a replacement so I will include this picture to help with locating the part. I appreciate any help you can give me. Thank you

Hi looking to replace the mortice lock shown in the picture on my sliding patio door the little pin that the locking knob would connect to missing broke fell down inside the door I don't know where it's at.

As above. When handle installed on door, the oblong extension on locking lever will not reach slot in mortise mechanism to turn it. Is replacement level with oblong jam fitted piece available?

The attached photo is a square glazing bead with a bottom fin. The square part wraps around the glass inside and out. It measures 1/2" x 1/2" x 1/2" with what appears to be a 5/16" fin. Do you have this part in stock?

The pictures for my top channel balance are 093039 and 093102. My bottom pictures are 093307 and 093233. The stop I have In my window is 085706. I am looking at the s 380-25 with 2410 option. It looks like the 18-172 stop is the one I have in my window. My question is will the s 380-25 top work with ... (cont.)

Hi- our house was built in 1956. I would like to replace the window hardware, here is a pic (the arm is about 9" long). Some of the cranks say "Fenestra" on them, others do not.

The previous owner of our house installed panama shutters in most windows and the original crank was obstructed by the frame. They replaced 30 crank handles with the " butterfly" turning knobs. We would like to get cranks if we can. Could you comment on whether any of your folding crank handles coul ... (cont.)

They're 3 holes and the track is parallel to the mounting.

The locking mechanism that you slide over to allow the window to tilt in broke off.
