I need 2 of the top sash guides. I can't seem to find an exact match, you can see it's pretty busted up and the top is gone from where the channel went through the guide. Both sides are like that. Looking for 4 balancers marked 2730 with end pieces shown in pics.

My vinyl windows have plastic pull out latches, located on the vertical side of the frame when closed, they recess into the frame. when opened, they prevent an opened windo from being moved up or down.

The only identifier I can see on the window is: SASH 32.937X29.125 - then there is some writing below that that I can't read with the number 3250 beside it.I wouldn't mind replacing the whole bottom window but would be ok with just the latches that allow you to pivot the window in. These are window tilt latch to my year 2000 Simonton single hung windows. 2 5/8" long X 11/16" wide X 7/16" tall. I don't see any part number. Help. Thanks, Jim

What is the name of this part?

I am looking for a replacement lock as pictured above for 2 windows. The cranks show K/K but the lock may be more universal? There are 3 holes for it to install into. Thank you.
