I have a window with broken balance pieces. The number stamped on the piece is 2650. The measurement of just the metal part, not the plastic ends is 27 inches and it is 1/2 inch wide. I want to order the replacement pieces, but not sure which model to order.

these are stamped 2960.

We purchased 77 casement windows from Beechworth. Unfortunately, 4 are not working. When we turn the crank, nothing happens - nothing moves and window doesn't open. It appears that the mechanism is stripped. We need to purchase at least 4 of these (2 left and 2 right). Beechwrth went out of bus ... (cont.)

This is the part that is on the side of every window pane frame that projects from the edge of the frame that when you close the window sits under the claw in the mechanism and locks the window as the crank is turned and draws the window up and in.

I need 8 channel balances for the attached metal windows. The house was built in 1980 and these are the original windows. I can't find a brand name on them. They do not tilt out. The only markings of the balances is 2830. They measure 30 inches long. Can you help me?

Do you have a replacement crank for this?

This is how it connects to the sash. It is 3" long 1" center to center of threaded holes. and about a 1/4" wide. It connects with 2 screws at the bottom of the window.

I need 2 of these balance bars.

Number on it could be 1840y. I think the window is a Window Master from around 1990. Thanks

Hello. I have 23 year old Survivor 7000 windows. I understand Survivor went out of business years ago. I need to replace the weather strip on the bottom of at least two of my window. The rubber has dried out and cracked and the stripping is coming off the window. Do you sell replacement weather str ... (cont.)

I am thinking Series 385 29 inches is the correct replacement. Would you agree? Also for a top sash guide the dimensions of the 18-094 match mine but mine has an elongated slot vs. two holes. Do you have one with the elongated slot? The guide attachment screw is centered so I would have to drill/c ... (cont.)

This is a pretty janked up handle and lock assembly. The knob is missing from the inside and the door has to be locked with a stick of wood. Looking for an inexpensive replacement (I'll probably replace the door entirely within a couple years).

Hardware rusted and bar snapped off window. Pictures attached are of a good window. Had to manually close the broken window.

On the casement window, we are looking for the hardware located on the bottom as viewed from the exterior hinge right. Our piece is broken and the window will not close properly. The crank mechanism is fine.

NEED THE PLASTIC PIECE THAT THE DRAWER SLIDE GOES INTO.
