Siminton sliding door I need the complete inside mechanism that latches and unlatches the door. Mine doesn"t work any more

I assume I have to buy a complete new assrmbly since there is no hole for a lock. I would like the same brass handles.

unsure of the manufacturer. Recent new construction build. Need the handle set. Where the screws sit into the handle is broken and the screws keep coming out causing the handle to fall off of the door.

I need to replace a channel balance. Part is marked: 25 4 KO Caldwell. The metal chanel length without the plastic parts is 26" and the channel width (inside opening) is 1/2" and outer width is 5/8". This is a hinge that is on a custom built entertainment cabinet. It has a 165A45 mark on it as well as JFH. I have purchased three different hinges and brought them home only to find they do not fit correctly The holes on the face plate are about 9/16 of an inch apart.

I am not sure what is the manufacturer. It woulb be great if you could find it.

Looking to replace coil balance and pivot shoe, but unsure what parts are compatible. Seems like this particular setup is either discontinued, or just hard to find.

The balance in my existing windows do not resemble anything on your website. It appears to consist of a spring that is attached to a clip that is directly embedded into the window jam and a plastic shoe at the other end of the spring.
