Bought a Window Dyad Crank #39-090 from you. The metal pieces measure 5" and 3". The one I bought is 5" and 5". Didn't realize the difference. Just thought 5" was the one. I don't see another part with those measurements. Can you help identify the correct part so I can switch it? ... (cont.)

Hi there, our sliding glass door track broke and I am having a hard time finding a replacement. This was installed in 2001 and we thought it was a Milgard door as all of our windows are Milgard, but upon checking with them they do not think its one of theirs.

Hello, I have a few broken window parts and I am looking for the replacement number.

Sweep lock door Alumax vinyl double hung window. 2 1/4 between screws. 3/8 set back. Sweep extends 1/4 from body.

Channels are 21" long 1/2 wide marked 2020. Unsure of window brand.

Locking handle broke an ear off the casting and falls off now. Locking mechanism still works if I manually hold the lock handle in place. My rough drawing includes dimensions. Could be off + - 1/16th or so. purchased door at Menards. Need ordering info or part number to either buy online or locally ... (cont.)
