Hello We are looking for t shaped tilt latches in an odd size. I think we may have ordered some from you in the past but cant seem to find them on your website. I have attached a photo of the tilt latch we need along with a drawing and measurements. Thank you for your help.

M and I window balancers can you help me find balances for a 3050 window in the 3060 window I am a contractor and I had a screen repair guy break the balances on these windows plus I think they had dry rot on them on the plastic parts

I think this is for a great lakes window. The home was built in 1995. Looking for the internal latch set (internal latch and release lever. The internal latch is 2 7/16" long. The release lever is 2" x 7/8" wide.

This is the part installed at the inside top of a window slide. It works with the channel balance. I believe they're called top sash. I would like a replacement crank. It has 3 screws and was installed approx 1990.

The number on the part is 26 4 FJ. They are 27" long and 1/2" deep. The sash ways 17.5 pounds. Can you help me figure out if this is a 380 or 385 and how much weight?
