I need to replace my channel balances on my non tilt window. It has this on the balance: 27 4 GX CMC 11 The metal piece is 28 inches long and has plastic ends attached. Please see photos.

Good day to you, looking for a few of these tilt latches for both left and right sides. The screw center to center is 2-1/16" or so but could be 2-1/8". total length is 3-1/8".

To replace the rollers in these doors I need to take the door frames apart to get to the bottom rail. Do you have instructions for this type of roller replacement? Doors are aluminum, approximately 20 years old.

I need a replacement spine for a EMCO forever view screen door, serial # 459644

Tilt latch from left side of the window. I can't find any identification on the window, it's a vinal single hung window. You have to remove the 2 locks with screws then snap off the top vinal cover to access the tilt latches. Any help identifying these parts would be great. Thanks ... (cont.)

The channel balance does have a number (25 5) as shown in one of the photos attached. The metal part measures 25 5/8". The bottom plastic piece width measures 1 3/32". The sash weighs 18.6 lbs.If you need any other information please let me know.Regards,Steve M
