Hello. Looks like the balance is 28" long and 3/8th" wide. I'm in Florida and the window is heavy. The tip is white. The balance has a white plastic covering. Can you supply white covering also? The window won't stay up at all. Window must easily weigh over 40lbs. White tip holds how much weight? T ... (cont.)

Channel with markings 25-2 DI5 CMC 34 Cable snapped. Need replacement. 25 7/8" Long channel (metal only)

The numbers stamped on the balance are 27-3 DL5 CMC 43. I would think this would be a 27" balance but the metal piece measures 28" top to bottom not including the accessories. The sash weighs about 17 lbs. Can you help with a replacement(s).

I looked through your posts and tried to match up my channel balance. I think it is a S385-30 but the bottom shoe looks a little different. Sending some pictures before I order to make sure. 29-1 stamped on both.

Dumb question.. just received "t" spline 59-237... I think I know how to install it, but could you either send me a photo on how to properly install it? Have replaced many screens, but using round spline... Thanks, Joe..

The mechanism seems broken. When I turn it to the right the mechanism comes out. When I turn it to the left it opens the window.

We have three (3) Gorell Casement windows from +/- 2001These are 24 wide x 72 high.The bottom closure mechanism has rusted away (totally gone) on at least two of them.I would life to replace the top and bottom mechanisms on all three windows.I think I can do this myself if I had the parts.What are m ...
