All we can see is that it is a certainteed window on the locking system. The bottom balance is either crumbled at bottom of window or missing. Windows will not stay up if unlocked. Also need help with how to install parts. Thanks for the help.

these side tracks have some sort of spring ballast or balance that keeps the windows up, and prevents them from crashing down, [which is what they're doing now that these are broken].
