Looking for a tilt sash latch for 2 Pella double hung window. Doesnt need to be pella, so long as it works.

I'm searching for the pictures window sash locks. They are metal but I have very little info to go on for replacements. The windows are not marked with a manufacturer nor are the locks. The windows are wood with insulated glass. I'm not sure if the age. At least ten years old, I would guess. ... (cont.)

These balance rods are from windows in a 2006 Nashua double wide. I believe the window brand is Kinro. The rods are 27" long. Do you have replacement rods for sale that will work? Thank you.

I have window locks that break once in a while when someone closes the window with the lock in the closed position, I have some 9315W keepers but now need the locks that match the 9315 keepers. I tried many different locks but all seem to be somewhat different and will not close like they should, Ca ... (cont.)

I have two built in "pop-out" windows with crank operators. The one crank failed recently when it was closed (see damage in IMG_3975), the the center portion of the mechanism having come out. The dimensions between the screws on the back side (see IMG_3974) is approximately 7". Length of the armatur ... (cont.)

I need the black part that has the two screws in it and that attaches to the swing arm. Or I need the entire assembly. Do you sell the parts or can you point me to whoever does. Winter approaches and the window is held in by the lock. Not sure safe I'm guessing.
